Requirements
Previous experience in home care, caregiving, or a related healthcare role is preferred
Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow care plans and instructions carefully
Physical ability to assist clients with movement and daily tasks
Basic understanding of safety, hygiene, and personal care practices
HHA certification or related training is a plus, depending on local requirements
